We also suggest to extend the insurance coverage to include cancellation, curtailment, and all other expenses that may arise as a result of loss, damage, injury, delay or inconvenience while traveling.
Beyond Expeditions does not include these travel insurance coverages in the tour package. Insurances coverage is to be purchased at an additional cost by the participants. The participant is responsible for providing information on the type of travel and activities included in the tour to the insurer so that the insurer is able to provide an adequate coverage.
Alcoholic beverages are welcomed on our tours, on a responsible consumption base. However, for the safety of the clients and the dogs, no alcohol consumption will be allowed during the dog sledding activity. Also, your guide will advise regarding the weight that can be added to the dogsled before the expedition departure.
